Why site visits fall through
Most site visits are arranged on a phone call and written into a sheet. The buyer gets no confirmation, no reminder and no directions; the site office does not know who is coming; and when the buyer does not show, nobody follows up because nobody noticed. Developers routinely lose 30–40% of scheduled visits this way, on leads that cost ₹500–₹3,000 each to generate.
What a scheduler changes
- Confirmation the moment the slot is booked, on WhatsApp, with the location pin and the RM's number.
- A reminder the evening before and the morning of, with a one-tap reschedule so a change of plan is a new slot rather than a lost visit.
- Slot caps, so weekends do not stack eight families in the sample flat at eleven o'clock.
- Attendance marked at the site, so the no-shows are a list at 6 pm, not a mystery on Monday.
- Channel partner links, so each CP's visits are booked under their name and the payout dispute never starts.
What we set up
A booking page per project with your slots and caps; WhatsApp templates for confirmation, reminder and post-visit follow-up; attendance capture for the site team; and the write-back to your CRM. The funnel benchmark shows what a few points of visit-to-booking are worth; showing up is the first of those points.
After the visit
The visit is the middle of the journey, not the end. Propfocus AI watches how the buyer engages with the project after they leave and tells presales when they are actively weighing the decision — which is when the follow-up call books the unit.
