What we check
| Area | What we look at |
|---|---|
| Speed | Mobile load time, image weight, Core Web Vitals — most project sites fail on hero video and uncompressed renders. |
| Search | Title and description per page, one H1, schema for the project, a sitemap, and whether the site is indexed at all. |
| RERA disclosure | Registration number and the authority's website link on every page, as Section 11 requires; carpet area, not super built-up, in the specs. |
| Lead capture | Whether a buyer can reach you in one tap (WhatsApp), what the form asks, where the lead goes, and how long until someone calls. |
| Trust | Possession status, construction updates, bank approvals, developer track record, and whether the price is stated or hidden. |
| Tracking | Analytics, pixel and conversion events, UTM handling, and whether site-visit bookings are measured. |
Why project websites lose leads
The typical project site is a brochure put online: a full-screen render, a video that takes eight seconds to load on a 4G phone, an enquiry form asking for six fields, and a price that is "on request". It looks expensive and converts badly. The buyer who came from a ₹900 Meta click leaves before the hero paints.
A site built for conversion does the opposite. Starting price and configurations above the fold, a WhatsApp button that opens a chat with the project name pre-filled, the RERA number where the law says it should be, carpet areas in the specs, and a page that loads in under three seconds on a mid-range Android phone.
Templates
If the site is beyond fixing, we suggest one of the project-site layouts we build for developers: a single-project launch page, a multi-project developer site, or a channel-partner microsite with per-partner links and tracking. The recommendation comes with the audit; whether you build it with us or with your agency is your call.
What happens to the leads
A faster site gets you more enquiries. What turns them into site visits is the follow-up, and that is what Propfocus AI does: it watches how each buyer engages with your project and tells presales who to call first. The audit will say so where it applies, and nowhere else.
